Support for Schools
I partner with schools to deliver executive function coaching, staff training, and practical systems that help neurodivergent students build the skills they need to thrive — in the classroom and beyond.
The 360° Approach
One of the most important things I've learned in this work is that the greatest outcomes for young people come when everyone around them is working together. That's why I don't just coach the child — I bring the whole team together.
When I partner with a school, I set up a collaborative meeting that brings together all the key people involved in supporting your student. This typically includes:
The young person themselves
Their voice is central — they are the expert on their own experience.
Parents and carers
Providing context, continuity, and reinforcement of strategies at home.
The class teacher
Understanding classroom dynamics and day-to-day academic impact.
The SENCO / SEN worker
Connecting coaching to existing EHCP or support plans.
Any other key supporter
Therapists, mentors, or other professionals already involved in the child's care.
When everyone shares the same understanding of a child's challenges — and speaks the same language around strategies — the results are transformative. Consistency between school, home, and coaching is what makes change stick.
A Bespoke Session Recap PDF
After each coaching session, I create a personalised PDF summarising every strategy we explored together. This isn't a generic handout — it's written specifically for that child, in plain language that's easy to act on.
The recap helps the young person remember what they've learned, and ensures that parents, teachers, and any other key supporters are all using the same language and the same approach between sessions. When everyone is aligned on how best to support a child, the strategies have the best possible chance of becoming lasting habits.
