About Hannah

From Executive Coach to Executive Function Coach

My journey has taken me from the boardroom to the classroom — helping people understand how their minds work, discover their strengths, and tell their stories with confidence.

Professional Bio

Hannah Davies is an international leadership coach with over 18 years of experience in designing, facilitating, and delivering training and coaching — including 14 years as a career coach for leading business schools. In 2024, she joined MindSpark and retrained as an Executive Function Coach, and now delivers executive function training to various organisations and provides individual coaching for young people with ADHD and ASD.

Passionate about fostering education, awareness, and compassion around neurodiversity, Hannah advocates for a more inclusive education system and workplace culture. Her mission is to ensure greater understanding, acceptance, and accessibility for neurodivergent individuals.

What I Do

These days, I work as an Executive Function Coach, supporting young people and adults who find that the world wasn't quite built for the way their brain works. My coaching blends neuroscience, warmth, and curiosity — and is completely free of judgement.

Many of my clients are neurodivergent — ADHD, autistic, or dyslexic — though plenty simply want better focus, organisation, or the ability to get from task initiation to task completion. Whatever brings someone to coaching, the work is always about building strategies that fit their actual brain, not a textbook version of how they're "supposed" to function.

How I Work

🧠

Grounded in neuroscience

I draw on evidence-based understanding of how executive function works — and why it's harder for some brains than others.

🤝

Warm and human

There's no script, no rigid framework, and no judgement. Every session is built around the real person in front of me.

Endlessly curious

I love hearing how people think, what lights them up, and what's been getting in their way. Every client teaches me something new.

My Background

Executive Coach & Leadership Consultant

My background working with leaders across many different cultures and industries taught me so much about how people think, lead, and operate under pressure. That experience continues to shape how I coach today — creating a space where everyone feels understood, valued, and supported.

14 Years — Career Coaching for Business Schools

For 14 years I worked as a career coach for leading business schools, helping MBA students, executives, and graduates find roles and workplaces that truly suited how they think and operate. This experience gives me a deep understanding of the professional world and what it takes to build a career that is both meaningful and sustainable.

MindSpark — Training New Coaches

I train and mentor new coaches through MindSpark, an AC-accredited Executive Function Coaching qualification. Helping others develop the skills to support neurodivergent thinkers is something I find deeply rewarding — and it keeps me sharp in my own practice.

A Personal Note

I'm neurodivergent myself — which gives me a deeper understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with thinking differently. It's not something I see as a limitation. It's what keeps me endlessly curious, creative, and genuinely invested in this work.

I love connecting with new people and hearing fresh perspectives. So whether you're thinking about coaching for yourself, your child, or your organisation — please feel free to reach out. I'd genuinely love to chat.
