Booking terms

By booking a revision session with Hannah Solutions ("we", "us") you agree to the following.
Sessions
- Sessions run at the date and time you book. Duration and format (e.g. 2 hr or 3 hr) are as shown at the time of booking.
- You (or the named student) join via the Zoom link sent in your confirmation email. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable, quiet environment.
Payment
- Payment is taken at the time of booking via Stripe.
- Prices are as shown on the booking page (e.g. £18 for a 3 hr session, £12 for a 2 hr session).
Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation to the original payment method.
- Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
- To cancel, use the link in your booking confirmation email.
If we have to cancel or reschedule
If Hannah has to cancel or delay a session for any reason (e.g. illness or technical failure), a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.
Where a session is rescheduled, you will be offered the new time and may cancel the rescheduled session up to 1 hour before it starts for a full refund, regardless of how close to the session that is.
Your behaviour
- Sessions are a safe, respectful space. You must not harass, abuse, or disrupt other participants.
- We may remove you from a session and refuse future bookings if you do.
Under-16s
- A parent or guardian must complete the booking and give consent for anyone under 16.
Complaints
- If something goes wrong, please contact us at complaints@hannah.solutions. We will try to resolve it fairly and promptly.
Changes
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one in place at the time you book.
- The current version is always available at hannah.solutions/body-doubling/terms.
