Hannah Solutions ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with booking and running revision sessions.
What we collect
- Booking: Name, email address, and any details you provide when booking (e.g. student name). Used to manage your booking, send confirmations and reminders, and run the session.
- Payment: Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. We may retain minimal payment records (amount, date) for accounting purposes.
- Session attendance: Sessions are hosted via Zoom. Zoom processes connection data under its own privacy policy while you are in a session.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies only. No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies are placed on this site or in the booking flow.

These cookies are deleted at the end of your browser session or shortly afterwards. They are not used to track you across other websites.
What we do not do
- We do not use cookies or tracking for advertising or analytics.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not transfer your data outside the UK/EEA except as necessary to provide the booking and payment services described above (Stripe and Zoom operate under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards).
Who sees your data
- Hannah Davies (and any associates helping run a session) sees booking details and your name/email to run the sessions and contact you.
- Stripe processes payment data under Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Cal.com (self-hosted by us) and Zoom process only the data needed to provide their respective services.
Lawful basis
We process your booking and contact data on the basis of contractual necessity (providing the session you have booked) and legitimate interests (communicating with you about your booking). Payment data is processed on the same basis; Stripe processes it under their own lawful basis for fraud prevention.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details for as long as needed to run the sessions, handle queries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations (generally up to 7 years for financial records). You may ask us to delete your data where we are not legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure where there is no lawful reason to retain it
- Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk
